Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damage
- Do not use or attempt to repair the product
- We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
- All shipping costs for damaged/defective returns will be covered by us
Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy

- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of your return (including shipping). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
