Important: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear, undergarments, and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued through:

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same product
  • Different colors of the same product
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the damage
  • Do not use or attempt to repair the product
  • We will arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
  • All shipping costs for damaged/defective returns will be covered by us

Return Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.

Return Address: Our team will provide the return address once your return request is approved. Please do not ship items back without prior approval.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped at no charge. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we'll process your cancellation and refund.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item according to our return policy once received.

  • Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of your return (including shipping). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
